Hello, I'm back. I know that I haven't written anything for a month but it's hard to start again after holidays! Now, I've got lots of things to explain. I will start talking about the most important of all: the exchange :) We started talking to our partners about 2 weeks ago and all of them are really nice. My parter is called Maxim. We've only spoken 3 or 4 times but I know he likes music very much and he plays the bass and the guitar. I'm lucky because he lives near his school (about 15 minutes cycling) , so I won't arrive tired in the morning! I'm looking forward to his visit. I want to be a good partner. I can't stop thinking about activities we can do when Maxim comes over here. I hope he likes Barcelona :)
I also want to talk about music. I've recently discovered the band "Blur" and I'm hooked on its songs. I like very much the song "No distance left to run", I think it's sad but beutiful. I also like the alternative band "Arcade fire". I've been listening to them for some months and I really like their music, but yesterday I also saw one of their videos ("The suburbs") and it amazed me! I uploaded it to facebook, so it's possible that you've already seen it. This song bring tears to my eyes at every listen, and so does the video. You see how a group of teenagers who had grown up in the suburbs start having problems in their lifes. I think it must be hard to be in their situation.
To end this post I want to say that I'm very disapointed because Gong (Glories's music shop) is closing forever.  I used to buy music and films at least twice a month there, and from now on I'll have to go to fnac or to the centre of Barcelona.
